Excellent eat-in atmosphere at this local family restaurant conveniently located in the center of Gorham. The food is great. My favorite was the Genoa Grinder w/ lots of veggies!
Always a great spot to go. Staff is super friendly, service is fast and the prices are fair. Add that to great food with large portions and you can't go wrong.
I’ve been going to GHOP since I was 15. 25 years later, I still love their food. I’ve been getting the grilled chicken salad and loulouthi’s pizza for as long as I can remember, and consistency is key here. You never have to wonder if you’ll get the same service or meal the next time you stop in. The service is always wonderful, the food is always great. Highly recommend, even if you don’t live close by (I used to drive 45 minutes to get their salad when I was in college, and it was always worth it).
I ordered the BBQ chicken calzone, which I have had a multiple times in the past. It’s one of the best calzones I’ve ever had! It has a perfect combination of ricotta cheese, bbq sauce and marinated grilled chicken breast, (which melts in your mouth). The cheese on the top has a nice little crisp to it. I had four other people in our office try a piece of it and they loved it and said next time they go they will definitely be ordering that. To top it all off the thing weighs about 5 pounds lol. The picture only shows half of it! Thank you for the delicious meal.
We weren’t sure if this would be a good place to stop on a road trip. There are several lunch spots in the immediate vicinity. We were happy that we did though. It was easy to call & place the order, the restaurant is busy & very clean and the staff is very friendly. They are taking the pandemic really seriously which was great to see. We ate in the car because of the pandemic winter so my pictures aren’t too great but we were all happy with our food! Kids individual pizzas
Idk what they put in their buffalo chicken calzone that makes it so GD addicting. It's amazing. I don't live in Gorham anymore, but every time I'm in the area you know I'm getting my hands on a GHOP buffy chicky calzonie, as my friends and I lovingly refer to it as. I wish the online ordering was slightly more user friendly, but forgive GHOP of any small flaws because that calzone is so dang good.
Not only is this the best calzone I've had since I can remember the customer service through the whole building matched that. After working a 12-hour shift this man and his team came in clutch with an amazing CBA calzone (the red peppers are a great touch), absolutely stop by and give these people your business. Genuinely impressed.
I learned here that not all house of pizzas are the same and I’ve got to agree that they aren’t. The food here was awesome and I really recommend it. Their Alfredo is one of the best that I’ve ever tried and the pizzas a sooo good. They have a chicken salad that is super yummy and the chicken seasoning they use makes it.
